  • Take a detailed history of your symptoms and goals.

  • Perform a movement and strength assessment.

  • Provide a clear diagnosis and explain your condition.

  • Begin hands-on treatment, such as massage or manual therapy.

  • Outline a personalised rehab plan with exercises and management advice.

FOLLOW UP
45 Minutes​​​​
  • Re-assess your condition to monitor improvements and guide next steps.

  • Review and document progress made since your last appointment.

  • Adjust or progress your exercise programme to keep it effective and challenging.

  • Provide hands-on treatment, such as massage or manual therapy, where needed.

  • Offer ongoing advice and education to help you manage symptoms and prevent re-injury.

  • Assess the area to determine the most effective taping method.

  • Apply kinesiology tape or rigid strapping based on your needs.

  • Provide guidance on how long to keep it on and how to safely remove it.

Qualified Physiotherapist

I am a qualified Physiotherapist (BSc Hons) and Personal Trainer with a strong background in musculoskeletal (MSK) care and a lifelong passion for sport and movement.

 

My experience in rugby, football, and horse riding has given me a deep understanding of physical performance, training demands, and the challenges of injury recovery. This sporting background allows me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping patients return safely and confidently to the activities they enjoy.

Combining my clinical experience and expertise, I deliver a strong foundation in sports performance, and I deliver evidence-based, results-driven physiotherapy tailored to your unique goals. My approach goes beyond short-term relief; I focus on helping you move better, build lasting strength, and return to peak performance with confidence.
